Since rocketing to the spotlight after acting as sister Kate’s royal bridesmaid, Pippa Middleton has left us with one buring question: How can we get a bum like yours?
The royal sister-in-law says its all in the Pilates. Pippa credits the rigorous weekly workout with toning her muscles and giving her hips to envy. She’s even lent her famous name to a testimonial on her local Pilates studio’s website. Middleton, 27, attends classes at a studio in London’s posh Parson’s Green neighborhood, just a stone’s throw from her flat.
“My Pilates sessions have become something of a weekly necessity that keeps me fit, happy and energized,” the professional party planner wrote in the recently-unearthed endorsement. “As someone who is always on the go, Pilates has been a wonderful escape from my busy lifestyle in London. Whether it’s 7am in the morning or 7pm at night I always leave feeling calm, refreshed and invigorated.”
Pilates once a week, eh? Does that mean if we start Pilates that we’ll get a Facebook page dedicated to our derriere with over 200,000 likes? If only it were that easy to become a hottie! We suspect some damn good genes may be at play here too.
